I don’t see what there is to complain about. There were a few different payment options, and checkout went through smoothly for me with no issues at all.

I ordered from blackwing602.com after hearing everyone go on and on about these pencils, they are really nice. The writing feels super smooth, and the graphite is definitely darker than what I usually use. Shipping was fine, and they were packed well, so no complaints there, thankfully. I mostly use them for notes and a bit of sketching, and they do feel good in hand. The only catch, because of course there has to be one, is the price. They’re great quality, sure, but they’re not exactly cheap for pencils.

I got these for my brother as a gift, and yeah, the packaging looked nice and the pencils definitely felt a bit fancy. But unless the person is really into writing or drawing, the price is kind of ridiculous. They’re cool, just not something I’d buy for any random dude unless I knew they’d actually appreciate them

Not gonna lie, I followed Blackwing602 hoping the community side would be more active, but it felt dead and one-way. Questions don’t really seem to get noticed, and the vibe is more like they post something and then disappear. The pencils might be great, but the engagement part was disappointing for me...

I reached out by email about my order and they got back to me quickly. The answer was clear enough, and my pencils showed up just fine, so no real issues there. My only small note is that the first reply could’ve included a little more detail. If you’re ordering and have a specific question, I’d suggest being really clear in your email so they can give you everything you need upfront.

Support took a while to get back to me, which was frustrating at first. To be fair, I’m not saying they were rude or unhelpful—they did eventually respond and sort things out. I just wish the wait had been a little shorter.

I like the idea of these and they do look cool, but the eraser caps didn’t fit my older Blackwings. It’s a little frustrating when you pay extra and then they don’t work with what you already have. I’m sure other customers would appreciate a clearer heads-up about compatibility before buying.
